1. Nutricare Life Sciences products cannot be returned or replaced once delivered due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product.
2. You will be eligible for a full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of:
A. Package has accessories missing.B. Damaged or broken bottles/pack. C. Wrong product delivery. D. Expired product delivery.
3. Nutricarelifesciences does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Nutricare Life Sciences.
4. In case of any refund, Nutricare Life Sciences executive will contact you by email or phone to remit the refund. You can log in and go to the refund option in my account section then claim.We would require 48-72 hours to revert.
5. In case you received a wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe, saleable and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and original manufacturer’s packing for successful pick-up and return.
6. Once order is processed for dispatch, cancellation will not be allowed.
